Approval for a loan with a small down payment, and received no payment

I applied for a loan online and was approved, however who was i to know that the loan was not to me but to them. After sending them a down payment and fees I still received no money. The open promises are made but left open. When i inquire about the money they tell me i will have it now but as you can see i am writing this letter so i am broke. So stay clear...
