Credit card rip-off consumer rip-off fraud

I was contacted via the telephone and offered two credit cards with 5ooo crdit limits, I have been re-building my credit, and thought Iwas getting rewarded for my efforts, The company asked to debit the 1st years fees and that I would get the credit cards in the mail in a feww days. I checked my bank account and the had debited my account but no cards came in the mail. I telephone the company and was told the cards would arive in 20 working days. I went on line to see if I coul locate information about the company and found consumer complaintss. I hope others don't get scammed by these guys. It is preety sad that people are out there taking advantage of other trying to do the right thing and re-building thier lives.
