Peoples credit first ripoff

I mailed Peoples credit first $49 to recieve a Platnium credit card woth $ 5000. The check I wrote has cleared my checking account. Today is the 19th of september and I still haven't recieved anything. I've tried to contact them on numerous occasions but no respones. It's alsoa long distance call for me too. I was supppose to recieve the card in 3 to 5 days. But nothing.
