Wells Fargo auto finance, has called me at 6:00am in the morning, several times a day - to tell me that your payment is late and we have the right to call you day or night and call several times a day until the matter is cleared up. The consistently break collection laws (FDCPA) I changed insurance companies and they forced placed insurance on my acct and I am still having to have this issues resolved, so all payments that I am making are going towards insurance, in the state of Arizona my insurance carrier told me that it is against the law to force place insurance when you have an insurance carrier. It is so much to go into about this company that it would take too much time. I have been having problems with them since 2005. They don't document the acct, they are rude and almost break every FDCPA law there is. When you ask to speak with a supervisor they just put their coworker on the phone. They have called my references and told them that I was a month behind in car payments and told them all my financial info - which is against the law - this is the worst finance company that I have ever been involved with. I have written letters asking for a response, and never received one. It's amazing to know that they are still in business. From what I hear it's every aspect of their business from auto loans to mortgage loans. I advise everyone to stay away from Wells Fargo it will only cause mass confusion in your life.
