Well i got a notice at the beginning of november from attorneys at law Eskanos and Adler stating that if i didnt pay them in full that they would take me to court... Debt collectors usually accept a payment agreement but these guys didnt. It was a pay on there terms or we'll see you in court attitude. When i spoke to the customer service rep he asked me what i could afford and i told him. Then he told me that the amount that i could afford to pay was not good enough for them and said that i needed to pay a much higher amount that i had already told him that i couldnt afford. Then he decided to try to bully me telling me that when they take me to court i am responsible for all court costs and lawyer fees as well as interest. Then he told me that my wages would be garnished at least 25% this doesnt seem right at all the way he talked to me i was actually quite cordial on the phone while trying to make arrangements to pay this debt but as i said they were just unwilling to work with me on the terms that i could afford and then the guy hung up on me after i told him that i couldnt do what he was asking me to by setting up unrealistic payments in my financial situation... Thanks Doug keep up the good work...
