Midland Credit Management as recently started to try and collect a debt from me, which is not my debt. They have failed to provide documentation but are continuing collections activities. I have filed complaints with the FTC, OK Attorney General's Office and all major credit bureaus. Anyone else targeted by this company should file similar reports. The more often they are reported the more likely it is that action will be taken.
