I was looking for a personal loan and I came across Birks Capital. I have bad credit so I knew my options were very small. I filled out an application online on their website and someone contacted me about a week later telling me I was approved for $5,000 at 7% and $156 a month. I just needed to secure the loan. I western unioned $500 to there supposed insurance company and that was it. They said my money would be in the bank the next morning. The next morning. Nothing. My $500 was gone and that was it.
