I have spent the last three months getting a fraud credit card off my credit record and LVNV put it right back on my credit report under a different name Internet

I spent three months getting a fraud credit card off my credit report. LVNV put this credit card back on my credit report under their name. I called the company and they told me it was my responsibility to clear this matter. I have already cleared this matter with all three credit reporting agencies. Why do I have to spend more of my time doing something that this company had no right to do? Now I have to start the whole process again.
