I received a call from a woman telling me she could help lower my interest rates. I was told the cost was $990 and they would save me $2500 or my money would be refunded.
I contacted my wife later that day to tell he about the call. My wife did not like the idea of paying money to lower interest rates. I told her it was fine because the woman told me if I don't do anything I will not be charged $990.By anything, I mean when I received the papers, if I did not sign and return them, then my credit card would not be charged.
I recently received my credit card statement and saw the $990 charge. I called PDM and told them I was not interested in the service. I was told it was non refundable. I have decided to contact a lawyer and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Since my phone call to PDM, I have received several phone calls from different reps. They have all left messages stating they will send the packet again or help me fill it out if needed. Guess what? I don't want the service! It should not be that difficult to understand. Like I want to give them any more of my personal info at this point.
Mike Cross spoke with my wife last night and was very rude when he was told I was not home.instead of no phone calls, I am receiving harassing calls. I wish everyone luck with getting their money back.
