Consumer rip-off fraud deceptive company

This company says it wants to help rebuild your credit. I am a cancer survivor and had a lot of bad luck over the past few years that led to a bankruptcy. This sounded like a good deal. However, they began taking money out of my account but I never received my card or packet.
