This Company is a joke they continually harass me at all times of the day, night and this is even after I've already paid them?!!! They're so incompetent that I even asked that they send me the automated debit application so I can stop receiving their harassing phone calls and they sent me an envelope with NOTHING in it!!! It's not so much that they don't speak english but they don't know what the hell they're doing?! I've continually told them to STOP CALLING ME BECAUSE I ALREADY MADE A PAYMENT AND THEY CONTINUALLY HARASS ME... I'm thinking about changing my cell phone number because every time they call me i'm being charged for this call... They say that its automated, I say its harrassment...!!!
They have no respect for the customer and I want this company shut down!!! There has to be a law against companies like this... They just laugh and say there is NOTHING I can do because its an automated call... I understand that there might be times when a customer might default on their loan, but not everyone is like that they may just not had enough credit history... This is a nightmare... I want to sue them for uncalled for harrassment... Is there anyone willing to take up this case? Let me know...
