I have contacted the bank and also the help customer help line and I get nothing. I have in the last month been hit with over 30 NSF's @ $38.00 each.
The Cleburne Branch wants nothing to do with helping you fix it. They just told me that it was my fault in the first place. They said I show keep my check book balanced better than I have.
I also hate when you make a deposit that it takes until the next day for it to show but it may not be posted yet. Whether its cash of by check.
I plan to close the account and go to another bank that I have used before and they help with any problems that I ever had before whend using them.
