I needed some money really quick to help pay my mortgage and that's when I called Cashcall. My loan agent did explain the loan to me and told me if I qualified that my interest rate would be high. But 96% on $2,500! How can this be legal? Yes, I was aware of the fact that I could pay it off early but it really seems like I was taken advantage of. I really wish I had other options but no one else would lend me the money. Yes, I feel I was taken advantage of because of my situation although I was able to make my mortage payment. Can someone please tell me if this is legal?
