Fifth third triple dips, charges usury fees Grand Rapids

Two separate issues here (maybe more). Fifth-third credited my account twice for the same deposit. I was aware of this, however later I forgot and spent the money (I had plenty of money in my other checking account). Fifth third then withdrew the extra money without telling me they were going to do it. Several checks then bounced (some for only dollars at McDonalds) They then withdrew enough on my credit card to cause an over-the-limit. They then withdrew on my overdraft causing an over-the-limit. (charging another $15 for each time) Now I have no problem with (me) tranferring money to my account to get out of a negative balance, but 3 or 4 hundred in fees is just plain ridiculous. I call fifth third and agent says manager will call me that day. She doesn't call. I call again after 48 hours and ask to speak to the manager. I'm told she will call that day. Another 48 hours passes and I call again. (yes the daily overdrafts are stacking up). After being brow-beated she finally agrees to give me back my fees. I'm not at a computer so the next day I see she hasn't given me back my overdrafts. She does give back some of them and I inform her I'll pay the rest but I mad as hell and I'm going to tell anyone I can. She says her hands are tied but will try to get the other fees reversed (she doesn't) and now after almost a month they finally charge me $39 for over-the-limit. If they had charged it right away I would have paid enough to cover it (however I would have complained bitterly) with my regular monthly payment. They didn't charge me it until I had paid the monthly payment, and so now they are probably going to charge me with another $39. I don't need advice here, I know all the things your supposed to do, and I'm mad at myself as well for getting myself in this situation. This has made me so mad I have sworn off banks and credit cards and I'm on the Dave Ramsey plan. I was on it to start with however I misquoted a job and so went for 6 weeks without any income. I'm going in monday to complain and close out all my accounts. I have been with fifth third (formerly Old Kent) since I was 4 or 5 years old. I'm 38 now.
