KF Funds has to be the worst company ever, especially if you talk to one Walter. Very rude, rude and more rude and the worst customer experience ever.
I called due to credit account issues and to find out why they had been charging $15.00.
I talked to Walter and I informed him that I'd received the letter from them and had called their office.
I also told him I'd left a voicemail but no one ever bothered to call me back from KF Funds.
He said I should have called during business hours which were Mon-Fri 9-5.
He also said that it was indicated in the letter they sent me.
I informed him that there was no such indication, the letter they sent me did not have info regarding business hours and I offered to fax it to him.
He got vexed and said that " It's common sense to know that all companies operate from 9-5 Mon -Fri "
I do not know where he got this information from. He also threatened to hang up.
I asked him why they did not call me and said that I found it absurd that a billing firm would not attempt to reach it's customers via phone in this day and age.
Earlier on I'd spoken to a Mercia who informed me that she does not call customers.
I asked Walter that I wanted to speak to the owner of the firm and he said that he does not take calls.
All in all I was shocked at the level of blatant rudeness from this Walter and lack of proffessionalism at all. It's a shame world Gym uses KF Funds as their billing vendor! Absolute shame!
