Is a ripoff

I received a phone call stating that I would receive a Master card with a limit of 2,500. I spoke with the company on August 3 and again on August 8 to find out exactly how long it would take for the card to be issued. I was told 7 - 10 days. It is now September 6 and I have no card and I/m out of $210.00.
