Superior Asset Management Incorporated
Superior Asset Management Is their debt collection real

I have been contacted frequently by this so-called company, at first I recieved the automated messages telling me to call a certain name with a number. Well I never called it back as I felt it was a telemarketer, until they called my parents... Well I finally called the number back and like almost everyone that has dealt with this company was so rudely attacked my mouth just hit the floor. I tried to tell them not to contact my parents home, and they proceeded to tell me that because of my attitude they would call my parents as much as possible, and then I told them that would be considered harassement and charges could be filed and the guy on the phone told me "you can't even pay your bill how are you going to do that" I couldn't believe that somebody from a so-called professional company could actually speak like that and get away with it... He then hung up in my face, I called back 3 times insisting to speak to a supervisor and also recieved the "they are in a meeting" and i was then hung up on. I then called back again and asked again to talk to a supervisor, and said that it was against the law to refuse me to speak with a supervisor, and they put somebody by the name of Mrs. Hines on the phone, which I now believe was another representative using her name, as I have done research and when I asked her if she was a supervisor she said, I am "mrs. Hines and I am trying to help you solve your situation" and I repeatedly said I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me. So finally on my last call I got a man by the name of "Kevin Sterling" and he supposedly hadn't talked to me before but anyhow he wanted to work out payments with me, but would only allow certain payments of 100 dollars a month to be POST DATED to my account, and I have worked with collection agencies before and whatever you are willing to pay they pretty much accept. So after all was said and done, I didn't do anything and I began wondering about the credibility of this company, are they real, what is going on and what should i do about the laws that were obviously broken according to the Fair Credit Act. I then tried calling the bank in which i had the credit card through and they gave me the name of Superior Credit, and I have read where this company has changed their name a few times and superior credit being one of them they used in the past, so then I begin to think it is a legit collection agency, however, I have never had anyone collection agency deal with a situation that way and feel there is something I need to do about it. I am going to be contacting the bank again tomorrow to let them know I was trying to make minimal payments and was basically told no and also let them know what is going on, as I am not going to give any of my information to a company that can't even stay on the phone and let me speak to a supervisor. I was just wondering if anyone knew about if they were legit or not, and what I can do about their actions.
