This company has a booth setup at the county fairs in Orange and LA county. They offer consumers the opportunity to get a cleaned up credit report and guarantee you a 700 FICO score within 90 days, or your service is free. However, they ask for a several hundred dollars downpayment and then allow you to sign a promissory note for the remaining balance.
I gave them the down payment, signed the promissory note for payments of $99.00 per month for 6 months, at which time my balance was paid in full. They promise in the note to continue to work your credit files for an entire year with no additional charges.
After the 6 months, when my account was paid in full, Credit Services INC continued to charge my card the $99.00 fee for an additional 5 months. I finally had to cancel the card to keep them from charging it again and again. Months of calls to their number only got me promises that an Account rep would call me. At least 50% of the time, no one answers the phone and no one returns your calls. I have written them letters and asked for a refund of the over charges and they don't respond and no account rep ever calls.
It has almost been a year since I signed on and only one of the 3 credit services has changed my FICO score to the 700 range. I started with a FICO in the 600's.
This company offers you no web site, no email addresses and does not respond to repeated request for communication. They have never sent me one piece of correspondence regarding their letters sent out on my behalf. I would warn anyone trying to improve their life and credit from doing business with this company to beware.
