I brought my first home in 2003. I tryed everthing i could to save. So i can buy my home. So i can get my kids out the bad areas. So i brought my home and i was little behind on bills so i had to refine. It's sound great at the time i had the house appraise at $168 i broght the house for $127. So i got refine for $134 and i got an arm rate because they said i could refine in two years. So i thought that was a great deal. But no one told me that the rate was going to go up 12%. I started in the price range $780.00 month Know i am $1275.00 I wish i could be like most people that would get up and leave they home. But i am trying everything i could do to save my home. I couldn't leave my home to go the bad area. So i hope Amc never open back up with an diffrent name and take an advantge of the poor people trying to make something of them self so Thanks for the freedom of blog.
