After calling this company 3 times and trying to straighten out this fraudmisidentity - I like others on this posting have had no luck. They also offered a settlement for half or to go to their website to dispute which I was unable to do as well. I have never lived in the address on the bill and never had an account with Verizon as well, yet we receive a bill that keeps being sent to us for $301.84. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know so I can finally get this straightened out. Thanks!
