NCRC keeps stealing money from consumers Ripoff Orlando Florida

I Have completed your course and paid all of my balances in full on Nov. 15 2006. Per the contract that I have, I was to receive a refund for the deposit amount which was $596.00. I Have not received my refund check of $596.00. May 15 will be 6 months. I have been told by Wanda Feliciano that it may take up to 6 months. So I waited and waited. I'm writing you today, to give you the opportunity to make this right. I want a check delivered to my house no later than May 15 in the amount of $596.00 payable to Keith
