They debited my account without authorization, which they have done to many people

I applied for a loan and they are insisting that I applied for a credit card, which I did not authorize or check the box they say tells them to charge my account. I also filled out this rip off report and called my bank and the media. Someone needs to start a lawsuit. I called them and they think they can get away with doing this and would not cooperate expect to cancel what they said I applied for.
