I was getting my free credit report and was on a 30 day trial membership with 2 different companies, Free Credit Report.com and Credit Report.com. These companies did as they said they would. I do not know how MNI got my credit card information or any of my personal information, but I did not order anything from them or even know who this company is, where their located or their telephone number, but they did cahrge my debit card $24.95 and I do not know how to contact them to get my money refunded. Any help anyone can give me to get my money backplease let me know how. Because of this $24.95 charge to my account it caused some checks to be returned to the payee and has cost me $125.00 in insufficient fund fees. I am disable and on a fixed income so I need this money back.
