Your "free" credit report and score is tied to their 30-day trial. That "catch" is displayed only once — on the far left side of the home page in calm blue print on a similar blue background! You don't even notice it next to all the bright greens, oranges and blues splashed across the rest of the screen. Their homepage also implies they are part of Experian or that you will log into Experian — they aren't and you don't. They also charged my account $13.95 instead of the $12.95 advertised.
When I called them about it, they said if I hadn't gone into my account after the 30-day trial I wouldn't have been charged — I went back to their site to find out why I was being charged! I cancelled my account and am filing a dispute with my credit card company.
