Past Due Notice ripoff

I have received a Past Due Notice from North Shore Agency saying I owe $7.49 to Readers Digest. I have checked with Readers Digest myself regarding my account and all accounts have been paid. They told me they don't know why I have received this from NSA. I am not paying it.
