The name of the guy stealing people's identity is "Lance Smith" his phone was turned off today when i called. He doesn't honor returning applications. He's using personal info to steal individuals identity's. His address is 840 forrest dr., Bartow Fl., 33830 if i were anyone else i would try leaving a tip for the FBI.
