This man suggest that you fill in all blanks of a fake grant application online. You never receive your money and he never cashes the check that you send in for processing and you know why? Because he's stealing your private information he request social security numbers, driver license numbers. Please be careful. If this has happened to anyone you must report it to the authorities.
