I got a call from these people in April. They went through their speal and, since I was in the middle of fixing dinner, I said ok and gave them the info they needed. We agreed to have them take the money out of my account in 2 weeks.
When the 2 weeks came up I didn't have the money in my account. I figured that they didn't get the money so that was that.
OH NO!
2 weeks later they pulled the money out and never told me they were going to do it.
By the end of May I had received my kit, but I still h
adn't gotten anything on my card. When I called I got the message that the promotion was so popular that they were running behind.
When I still hadn't received my credit card by the end of July I called and was told that the 6-8 week wait was extended 2 weeks. I told them that I should have been told something.
Now when i call to find out what is going on I get the recording that the office is closed and operations are temporarily suspended. They took my $199 and $10 every month since April, plus I had to pay $15 to the bank to process my card.
This company is a joke!!!
