Offered $10,000 loan, wanted $1,000 sent by moneygram. Got suspicious, didn't do it

Stay away from this company.

They called me 10 days after I had foolishly filled out their online application. I was offered by Rebecca Powers a loan of $10,000. When I said I only wanted $4,000 she became very agitated and rude.

The terms that were offered was $10,000 at 6.5% for 48 months with $215.00 payment. That sounded great but what flew up a red flag was that she wanted me to send $1,000 collateral. I almost fell for it.

I called her back and she was very agitated when I said that I could send the payment to her in a couple of hours. She then gave me instructions to go to a Walmart and call her from there and she would tell me where to send the moneygram. Big Red Flag went up! She said she woud email me the loan agreement.

Meanwhile, I searched Jakob Advisors and saw that it was a big SCAM. Thankfully I had enough sense to check this out.interestingly enough I never received the loan agreement.
