This company deducted funds from my account and I've never ever took out a loan from them and i can't get any one to answer my questionds in regards to this loan Ripoff

This company westbury loanshop deducted funs from my account and I've never even had a payday advance loan from this company and I want my $390.00 back. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I'm not even sure as to how they got my information. However i do need help/assistance in retreieving my funds from this company.
