I had the same problem as many of you. I never even signed up with this particular company to begin with. But I needed the money so badly. I took a chance. Well everytime I had a problem. I contacted the number that was in my loan contract. And each person told me something different.
Then they began taking 90.00 out of my account every two weeks. I had no idea that this was just an extension fee. So basically I can pay 90.00 from here until kingdom come. And none of that money would go towards what I owe them... They kept saying they were going to send me some e-mail explaining what was going on. And I never received that. So I had to contact my bank. And have a stop payment put on my account. And will probably. From reading everyone elses comments. Have to open another account. I cannot afford to have them causing me all of these overdraft charge fees. It is killing me!
I will never take out a loan with not only another payday loan company online. But ANY payday loan companies. They are all rip offs to me. But Loan Shop. Takes the cake!!
