Val Southwick has refused to answer questions under oath - Vescor has been warned, fined and suspened for over 15 years, by the State of Utah. Southwick set-up over 70 fraudulent websites to mislead investors. (Do a Google search and see what comes up!) Local media in Utah is now starting to cover the story, soon to go national. Vescor, Val Southwick, Shawn Moore and others conspired to commit fraud, omitted material facts related to investments, ingnored repeated warnings from the Utah and Nevada State Securities Division. Vescor and Southwick are spending millions of investor dollars to defend themselves and stay out of jail. Val Southwick has used his membership in the Mormon church to fleece millions of dollars from church members.
