Jared Shafer confesses to breaking federal securities laws
Jared Shafer Las Vegas former public guardian in Clark County used his reputation to convince me to invest $40,000 in a Ponzi scheme involving a limited partnership of securities of apartment buildings owned by Vescor and Gammet & King. Jared Shafer represented to me he was a certified financial planner who had been practicing for 30 years. Mr. Shafer produced a prospectus showing excellent track records for the investment group. I learned Mr. Shafers credentials and the prospectus produced by Jared Shafer were total frauds created by Amy Viggiano Deittrick who is Mr. Shafers book keeper. Law enforcement investigations produced evidence showing Ms. Deittricks business is unlicensed with Clark County and the State of Nevada, which further adds credibility to the investor fraud. The apartment complex project filed for bankruptcy, which left investors holding the bag.in addition, members of the limited partnership received large salaries and Jared Shafer was paid $20,000 for marketing this fraud. My entire investment was lost.
When the case went to trial in 2008 Mr. Shafer was allowed to settle out for a minor $20,000 fine. Documents in the case reported Mr. Shafer made over $250,000 in commissions for marketing for this group. Unfortunately none of the investors got their money returned. The judge in the case said Jared Shafer was a good business man who simply made a minor error in business judgment.
Last week while shopping at Smiths market in Henderson I ran into Jared Shafer. I stopped him. Shafer said get out of my way. I dont talk to suckers. I replied are you above the law? Mr. Shafer responded with this tirade. No judge, legislator, governor, or congress person will tell me what I can and cant do. Ive got enough dirt on the rats in this town to put everyone in jail. Cross me and you will pay. Those dried up old broads with the State better keep their stupid mouths shut if they know what is good for them. If they dont Ill send these cry babies back to the kitchen where they belong. I run this town and the people in it who work in family court. I said Jared, Ive got a recording of what you just said. He retorted shove the cell phone where the sun doesnt shine. He continued I was the public guardian and most of the people I watched out for were better off dead, it is too bad their deaths did not come faster. Shafer went on to say send your recordings to the police, FBI and any other jerk you can think of. No one will do a thing about your worthless complaints. Shafer finished with this statement your complaints arent worth the paper they are written on.
This is Jared Shafer a psychopathic criminal. Jared Shafer operates on pure hate for anything that lives. I realize as I publish this report this scrawny bearded poor excuse for a human will never be stopped. He lives upon his vicious hate for humans who walk upon this planet.
