This company should be shut down. I took out a loan with them about 8 months ago and I was told my interest rate was fixed at 3.75%. My payment has now practically doubled and I tried to refinace with a different company and they say they can't refiance my type fo loan because it is a Payment option loan. I have called this comapny so moany times and they won't call back.
