Sent me a $3.25 check. Cashed it. Still waiting for services never received. Ripoff

I was sent a Card Holder brochure. I thought it was a legitmate firm since I had cards. I was able to cash the $3.25 check that they sent me. I waited over a month and never gotten anything except bank fees and bad credit to the fraud comitted by this firm.
