Greentree is the worst of the worst they have repossed my mobile home before, and they moved it after I filed bankruptcy and reported this to them they still moved the home and had to put it back. The moving coming destroyed and banged up this mobilehome inside and out (I have before and after pictures), and left things undone, such as anchoring, back door ripped up from them using a screwdriver, door has not been secure since, therefore placing me and my family at risk for breakin, torn shutters, busted window, holes in the wall from furniture moving around, because they did not send any notices of eviction, or hearing dates, they just call on the phone continuously from at least 20 different numbers, and they will call all your neighbors, family, friends, and enemies, and let them know they're going to repo your home.
My bankruptcy was dismissed, so I had to come up with all these fees, fines, and assessments, that I have not caught up with yet because things just get added to this account. I tried to pay up 2 months ahead, and told them this, and they still applied the payments where they wanted to, therefore I get a call on Memorial Day, saying I am late.
These folks never quit! They are rude, crude, and downright mean! They speak to you over the phone like you nothing, and wonder why nobody will answer their phone calls. Greentree will not send out any notices, or certified letters to say they are trying to contact you, they just ring the phone off the hook! Strongarming, gangster, thugging, customer service representatives, and a different one each time, so that the last one's story conflicts, with the first one.
The sad thing is they send someone out to your house to check for wheels, and axles, but as far as I am concerned it could have been the local drunk, because the letter on the outside says "Personal and Confidential", and the inside contents are handwritten, and God only knows who taped this letter to the door, because it's only say please contact Greentree ASAP. I say record every conversation, take pictures, let's get proof, and file a lawsuit for harassment, abuse, scamming, deceit, breach of contract (because they will be concerned about you not abiding by the contract, but they are breachers themselves). If Greentree has bought your account from someone else, be sure you have a contract with them; I have yet to see my contract with Greentree.
