My name is B. David Mehmet. When Paypal violated me last week, I immediately went to the court house and filed a lawsuit against them for (1) Fraud, (2) Conversion and (3) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. Paypal not only harmed me with my Paypal account; but the inability to forward the payments to the third-parties has caused me to lose two (2) contracts. One of the contracts is valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Even after I supplied Paypal with the additional verification they requested, they still failed to release my funds. They then claimed that I owed them money from an old account in the amount of $695.00. Not only did they not send me proof of this debt or allow me to access the old account; but they are still holding $1,950.00 of my money, which is $1,255 above what they claim I owe them.
I just heard today that Paypal sent one of my third-parties an email claiming that I committed fraud with my own money. How ridiculous! Paypal is now trying to steal money from my third-party in the amount of $750, which is the amount they took from my bank account and are now holding. They succeeded in stealing $52 from him and now want another $698.00 while still holding my money. The people at Paypal are CRAZY...
I need to add a cause of action in the complaint for defamation and defamation per se against them for falsely accusing me of a crime.in addition, Paypal has violated a prior injunctive order that they agreed to in a prior class action lawsuit that prevents them from freezing money above and beyond what they claim you owe them.
