Quiken loans will promise you what you want and tell you over and over again that everything is going well just need that money to do the appraisell, but when you dont want to give them the money, they will lower the fee and keep bugging you until you sign that paperwork that lets them take it out of your bank
Quiken loans will tell you that your house will appraise for the value because they get it off line and they would not charge you unless they know it will go through. They know how much your house is worth and they know that property values went down, so they take advantage of that to make money off of consumers to keep there business running
Well after all that frustration of sending them everything they wanted we lost our money nothing they could do they said our house did not appraise for the value they wanted which i know it did because they will not even send us a copy of the appraisell.
Dont be scamed dont use quiken loans lets pull together and run these scam people out of business
