"ceasing operations" - will not return calls, fax, or email

I paid off my debts using ncrc and in accordance with their rules. As you may know, this means my credit was damaged and their payments were late.

I spoke with them in january about what they needed to refund my initial $832 since i had (as they agreed) completed the program and qualified to receive my refund. They said it would take 16 weeks. I sent the package that they needed via certified us postal mail. Phone calls i left in may, june, and july were not returned. I learned earlier this month (july 18th) by going to their website that they are "ceasing operations". They will not return my emails, calls, or faxes.

I am interested in a class action lawsuit if this is the only way i can get back my $832 refund. I would prefer they hold up their side of the contract.
