The same thing happen to me. They are doing this stuff on purpose. That's to charge extra fees. I have reported them to the BBC, Attorney General's Office in New Jersery because that's where my payments go to. Also, Attorney General's Office in Georgia, there's an office there too. Consumer Affair's has accepted a complaint and also, BBC whom both are looking into. I got auto reply from both Attorney General's office stating they received the complaint. I will update anything new.
