I informed Certegy that I had been shutting my account and was informed to deliver them a money purchase in the place of straight removing from my bill. They withdrew anyhow, my former lender compensated and billed me a NFS charge. After being hungup on with a consultant, I eventually talked having a "supervisor" who explained to deliver a lender backup declaration. It was in November. I've delivered a professional notice and bank record twice today but still no compensation. A week ago I had been informed that I currently have to publish a notice on my former bank letterhead to be able to obtain compensation of the $84.00 overcharge they still owe me. This can be a terrible organization to work well with; really unprofessional and untrustworthy.
