Ex-Wife Used My Social Security Number to Make Purchases

My ex-wife of 14 years decided to use my social security number to purchase something, she didn't pay for, now I have creditors calling and making false reports saying I owe them money.

How can I get this off my credit and stop her from doing it for the third time?
