Poor, poor customer relations skill

Acutely rudeness; energized a $19.52 cost that her very own lender had accepted an error. Was discorteous and never once mentioned something after I stated if it was the way in which this lender run, I'd shut my disc, examining and checking account. All-they need to provide is... Support. I actually donot actually understand this woman, but I've a master's-degree in operation (mba) and that I understand how to handle five-year clients. There is simply no customer support ability shown and he or she really appeared pleased to complete the paperwork to shut my five-year consideration. Bad, poor customer relationships ability.
