I recieved a call from a mr. Scriver about my trailer payment. He asked me why my payments were being late. I told him i was having finiancial problems. He did not care, he only wanted to know how many incomes that were in my home and that i needed to get a part-time job, so i could pay my bills.
He proceed to tell me that i signed a contract stating that i will pay on a certain date and why am i breaking my contract. I told him i am sure he has broken a contract or two in his life and thats when he got very rude. He said if i can not pay then he will come get my home. He also wanted to know where i work and how much i get paid. Do i have any children and how many. He also wanted to know could i borrow the money from someone. This man asked me everything but what color underwears that i were wearing.
When i was with oakwood i had no problems, but as soon as i was turned over to vanderbuilt all hell broke loose. Over the past 8 years i have only talked to two nice people.
This company is the worse company in the world. I do not understand how they are still in business. They call me about 5 times a day even if the payment is on time or not. They have gotten so smart until they will use calling cards or call unknown.
