Ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing

In I had an account with Columbia House that got sent to a collection agency. I paid this account off in December. Beginning of May I received a letter from Credit Collection Services saying I owed Columbia House $119. Something sounded fishy because I knew I didnt have 2 account with Colubia House. I found the original letter from the first agency and compared the account numbers and amounts. They were the same. I contacted CCS and explained the situation. They said they received the account in April. I faxed them the payoff letter from the first agency saying it was paid in full. Took almost 2 weeks of me calling them to have them show they FINALLY received the fax. Then I talked to a supervisor on May 31 and she said that Client Services mailed out a letter that morning to me telling me what other info they needed. She told me they probably needed proof of payment. So while I was waiting for the letter, I got copies of my bank statements and faxed them to them on June 5. Here it is June 25 and they STILL havent done anything. The funny thing is Columbia House has no record of this account. They sent me vouchers for the remaining dvds in January. I am really tired of the utter and compete rudeness I get everytime I call there.
