After I received my package for their program I realized the product had been grossly misrepresented to me by the two customer service representatives. I called within my free 7 day trial to cancel.
The lady who answered the phone was aware of my intention to cancel and took my name and number and said someone would call me back as it was calling in a "high call volume" period.
Twenty-four days after my first call and after they had taken the next set of fees from my bank account a CSR returned my call.
I then took the steps the CSR said I would need to do in order for my money to be returned to me. They said that, upon receipt of my request by the corporate office, the money would be returned in 14 days or less.
I mailed my request "Delivery Confirmation" through the United States Postal Service. The corporate office received my information July 24. Two weeks after this I called and they said they had just received it August 7.
I have still not received my money and I am having doubts of their intentions to pay. I get conflicting information with each CSR I speak to concerning the refund. I am out a lot of money and strongly suggest to anyone not to give this company another chance to add another victim to their list.
