The ad makes you believe you are receiving a platinum visa card on application, ask for your banking information (REQUIRED) in order to receive visa card, email is sent to consumer furthur telling them that they received application and consumer was approved for card. Only then are the terms for receiving this card is acknowleged (your bank acct. Will be debitted $159.95) I instantly contacted them via email canceling the transaction. They acknowledged email. This occurred on 04/12.
Now on 04/30 my checking acct was debitted $159.95, I contacted them via live chat (www.cslogin.com) The operator (Sam) told me that they have no record of me cancelling, that I can do so now, but they do not refund any money, he stated my membership package will arrive in 5-7 business days along with multiple cards and a free cell phone.
Well I received the so-called membership package on 06/02 —there was no cell phone, or any cards especially there was no platinum plus visa card. They sent advertisments from other companies that you see all the time on the internet. The offers from the other companies expires 30 days. Power plus platinum held these materials, so offers that I might have been entitled to expire—requiring me to reactivate with companies. They also tried to debit my acct for $17.95 monthly membership fee. They plan on cancelling me as a member because I won't pay the $17.95 fee
So all in all I was misled scammed, and robbed.
