Form available to report internet crime to FBI

I emailed the following to all addresses I had and ALL were returned for non existant address.

I am writing at this time only to inform you of a form I will be filing as of Monday May 21 6:00 pm est IF I have not received the "8 approval letters" that allegedly exist within my file there at MGR.
I feel you should know that I do have all the pertinent printed documentation that is requested and required for this filing. IF the 8 letters do not exist or are not received via email by 5/21/07 I will be filing the form you can find at https://complaint. Ic3. Gov/Default. Aspx

The only other alternative is to receive a refund of the $449 I paid to MGR 11/1/06. I will accept either a money order or a certified bank check as this is how I had to send it to assure that it was not a 'bad check'.

Furthermore, I will be sharing this form with any and all other victims of MGR and its other alias business names.
