Debited an unauthorized amount of my personal checking account

So just how these people got my routing and bank account number and electronically posted a check through my consideration is beyond me. It's scam all-on it! I'm seeking a reimbursement only at that very minute. I'm challenging to understand how this occur and nothing happens for them about the authorized aspect of it.
