Vanderbilt mortgage and finance - oakwood acceptance said that my parent got behind on there house payments and my mother always mailed her payment out on the 1 of every month ripoff

My parents lived in this house over 10 years and now they are both dead and now they are still saying that we are behind on our house payment and i don't see how because my parents paid there payment on the 1 of every month and they didn't miss a payment and now my brother is paying the house payment and they are still saying we are behind and i need help.
